The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 71/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307 & 427/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 05.04.2024 at about 9:30 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his brother-in-law. They also damaged the Swift Car belonging to the informant. 4. It was submitted that no injury was caused to anyone. However, Swift car of the informant was damaged. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely Md. Shoaib Quraishi @ Soaib Kureshi has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
