ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents especially respondent Nos.4 and 5 in interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring Ac.0.17 cents in Sy.No.1080 of Maruru Revenue Village covered by shed, hey-ricks, manure heaps and agricultural implements, without following procedure established under law as illegal, arbitrary, and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject site..…”
2. Heard Sri. Seshadri Goalla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
