The petitioners have preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to decide the representations dated 03.12.2024 and 26.12.2024. 2. The petitioners who are complainant, made a complaint against the respondent No.5/Village Pradhan, Village Rana Nagala, Vikash Khand Chahajlet Distirct Moradabad. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the enquiry officer has appointed in by the respondent no.2 on 22.01.202 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. and prays to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Moradabad to take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 5. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her/their right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Moradabad to conclude the proceedings initiated against the respondent No.5 on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner and take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned strictly in accordance with law.
