2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 70/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, police on the basis of the tower location of the mobile phone which was used for committing cyber fraud conducted a raid and the petitioner was caught on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner has given a self-inculpatory statement that the mobile from which the fraud was done was recovered and incriminating materials have been found in the mobile phone
6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a cyber fraud and has been caught on the spot along with the mobile phone which was used for committing cyber fraud, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
