Mr. Jabbar Ahmed, Investigating Officer submits that though the investigation has been stayed but as per information obtained by him, the petitioner and respondent No. 2 are residing together and they have been blessed with one child also. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the Investigating Officer to get the statement of respondent No. 2 recorded and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law. 5.
