Appeal (SJ) No.174 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within time as he was suffering from liver failure and for that, he was being treated. To buttress this argument, he refers Annexure-2 of the petition, which is a medical prescription and in view of that, he submits that time to surrender may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and in spite of that, he has not surrendered before the learned Court. 4. The Court finds that the medical prescription is there and in view of that, time to surrender before the learned Court is further extended for two weeks from today. 5. The order dated 19.12.2024 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the conditions, as imposed in the said order, shall remain intact. 7. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
