The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to take back/reinstate the petitioner on service as daily- wage employee and to release all the salary which has not been paid to the petitioner. The Nodal Officer alongwith learned State counsel on instruction would submit that now the salary of the petitioner has been paid yesterday only to demonstrate that he is still continue in the service. 3. Since the petitioner is already working with the respondent, therefore, there will be no fruitful purpose to continue with the proceedings, however, it is directed that if there is no other impediment in allowing the petitioner to continue, he will be allowed to work with the respondents authorities. 4.
