THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 930 of 2021
ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in threatening to withdraw O.S.No.5 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri and Revision Petition No. of 2020 filed against the orders passed in D.Dis.B/2261/18, Dt. 11.12.2019, by the R.D.O., Kandukuru and trying to interfere in civil disputes, are being illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 not to interfere in civil disputes in any manner in respect of Survey No. 295-6 admeasuring an extent of Ac. 3.94 cents of Pamuru Village and Mandal, Prakasam District.”
2. Heard Sri Madhava Rao Nalluri, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned counsel for petitioner would submit police are interfering in the civil dispute and threatening the petitioner to withdraw O.S.No.5 of 2020 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents, on instructions, would submit that police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, except under due process of law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
