I.A.No.3 of 2025 is filed by the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant, seeking to compromise the matter in PRC No.27 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram, by recording compromise. 3. I.A.No.4 of 2025 is filed by the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant, seeking to quash the PRC No.27 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram. 4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner/accused Nos.1 to 3 and respondent No. 2/de-facto complainant were present before this Court. They produced their respective attested copies of Aadhar cards in proof of their identity, and the same were placed on record for proper identification. Both the learned counsel on record identified both the parties in open Court. 5 5. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State, is in attendance and reported no objection to recording the compromise. 6. This Court enquired the de facto complainant about his willingness to enter into a compromise in the matter. He represented before the Court that he has voluntarily come forward for the compromise. The de-facto complainant further represented that the case may be closed against the accused Nos.1 to 3. He does not want to prosecute the matter. 7. Considering the submissions, this Court finds that the petitioners and the de-facto complainant are close relatives and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioners. To secure peace and harmony between the parties, this Court finds it a fit case to set aside the proceedings against the petitioners. 8. Accordingly, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 and Criminal Petition No.11929 of 2025 are allowed. The proceedings in PRC No.27 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 is hereby set aside. There shall be no further order as to costs. As a sequel, thereto, miscellaneous pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________________________ DR.
