The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition (s) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 25-9-2025 passed by the Joint Director, Public Instructions, District Durg by which the petitioner has been suspended. 2. Since the suspension order is appealable order under rule 9(2)(a) of the Chhasttisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1966, the petitioner is directed to avail remedy of filing appeal before the Appellate Authority. In the eventuality of filing appeal within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the Appellate Authority shall decide the same on merit. 3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 4. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
