Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.03.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration)-II, Saharanpur in case no. 493/2024 computerized case no. C-202409000000493 (Riyasat and others Vs. Aslam and others) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, order dated 22.03.2024 (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition) passed by the Assistant Collector-Ist Class/Deputy Collector, Tehsil- Nakur, District-Saharanpur in case no. 9158/2023 computerized case no. T- 202309600309158 (Liyaqat and others Vs. Akram and others) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue code, 2006 and also the order dated 21.10.2023 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition) passed by the Tehsildar, Nakur, Saharanpur in Case no. 4564 of 2022 computerized case no. T-202209600004564 (Akram and others Vs. Jahoor Ahmad) under section 34/35 of U.P Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that objection filed by the petitioner in a mutation proceedings to stay the mutation proceedings till disposal of the suit, has been rejected by the court below. Appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the appellate court and revision filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. 4.
