Sri N.Krishna Sai, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the principal amount had been paid, but the amount of interest has not been paid and therefore, he requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to avail remedy to recover the interest by approaching appropriate authority, while closing the contempt case. 3. Hence, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy to recover the interest, if entitled, by approaching appropriate authority. There shall be no order as to costs.
