Sai Krishnan For Respondent(s): Mr.V.Ramamurthy ORDER The present application has been filed to grant interim custody of the minor children Master Duwarak and Master Karan Hari to the applicant during annual vacation holidays between 10.05.2025 to 25.05.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would consent for grant of interim custody to the applicant/father from 10.05.2025 to 24.05.2025. 3. In view of the consent given, the applicant/father is permitted to have the custody of the minor children from 10.05.2025 to 24.05.2025. The applicant/father shall pick up the children at 09:00 a.m. on 10.05.2025 and hand over the children back to the respondent/mother at 06:00 p.m on 24.05.2025. The applicant/father is entitled to take the children to any place within India for vacation. The applicant/father shall give details of the plan during the 15 days to the respondent/mother in writing at the time when he picks up the children, including the details of a platform for video conferencing. The applicant/father shall facilitate video conferencing of the minor children with the respondent/mother on a daily basis for a minimum of 15 minutes. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the application in A.No.2036 of 2025 in O.P.No.459 of 2020 stands disposed of.
