1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action and directing the 3rd and 4th respondent to conduct enquiry as per law, pursuant to the complaint dt 21.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner, and to declare the same as, arbitrary, illegal, violative of article 21 of Constitution of India, violative of The SC and ST (POA) Act, violative of Code of Criminal Procedure, and also violative of settled principles of law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take action by directing the 3rd and 4th respondent to conduct enquiry, pursuant to the complaint dt 21.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner”
2. Heard Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit regarding the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered against unofficial respondents in Cr.No.85 of 2021 of Proddutur Rural Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r) of the SC & ST (POA) Act. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________________________
