This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, praying for condonation of 12 days delay in filing the connected Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 06.09.2024, passed by the learned Special Judge (SIT), Yupia, in Sessions Case No.35/2023. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and considering that the delay in filing the connected criminal revision petition is satisfactorily explained by the applicant and to be germane, as well as the prayer not being objected to by the learned Special P.P. (SIT), I deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, delay of 12 days in filing the connected criminal revision petition against the order dated 06.09.2024, passed by the learned Special Judge (SIT), Yupia, in Sessions Case No.35/2023 is condoned.
