THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY,
ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANANT RAMANATH HEGDE
ORAL ORDER This petition is filed challenging the order dismissing the application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Charge sheet is filed against the petitioner alleging that his expenditure is 71% more than what he has earned in his career as an employee from his employment commencing from 04.02.1988.

The application is opposed by the prosecution. The Trial Court after considering the materials on record has come to the conclusion that case is made out for trial.
3. This Court has considered the charge sheet and also the contentions raised in the present petition.
