Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record. 3. Based on the complaint given by the second respondent herein, the first respondent-Police registered a case in Crime No.47 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 against the petitioner herein and other accused. The other accused had already filed a criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.8832 of 2024 to call for the records of S.T.C.No.70 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai.
