1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ , order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent not register the F.I.R./Crime on the basis of the petitioners complainant dated 14.4.2021 against the Respondents Nos.
3 to 5 are illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and further direct the 2nd respondent register the F.I.R./crime against the complainant dated 14.4.2021 of the petitioner and conduct investigation as per law”
2. Heard Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. None represented for the petitioner. 3. This petition is filed for non registration of the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.04.2021 against the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police have not registered the case since the subject matter is civil in nature. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum to get remedy. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________________________
