The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the investigation is at the final stage, and one of the accused persons had recently been secured while another had passed away. He further seeks a period of two weeks to file the final report. 3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of, granting two weeks' time to the respondent police to file the final report before the competent Court.
