3. The respondents police cannot interfere with the regular functioning of the petitioner's business. If the petitioner indulges in any unlawful activity by selling tobacco products, it is always open to the fourth and fifth respondents to register a criminal case against the petitioner and take action as per law. 4. With the aforesaid liberty to the fourth and fifth respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
