The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: “a) Declaring the action of the respondents in inviting bids by the bid Anm.A documents No. GEM/2024/B/4923519 dated 08-05-2024 for hiring O & M contract for providing the fire services at sub fire station Nawagam, Ahmedabad Asset of ONGC for a period of 3 years and the apprehended action of the respondents in entering into a contract pursuant to the said bid document as illegal and null and void ab initio. b) Quashing and setting aside the bid documents pertaining to Bid No. GEM/2024/B/4923519 dated 08-05-2024 for hiring O & M contract for providing the fire services at sub fire station Nawagam, Ahmedabad Asset of ONGC for a period of 3 years. Page 1 of 2 C/SCA/12062/2024 ORDER DATED: 08/09/2025 c) Restraining the respondents from entering into a contract for hiring O&M contract for providing the fire services at sub fire station Nawagam, Ahmedabad Asset of ONGC for a period of 3 years pursuant to the bid document No. No. GEM/2024/B/4923519 dated 08-05-2024. d) Granting such other and further reliefs and passing such other and further orders as may be necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard learned advocate Mr.Dhairya Maniyar appearing for Mr.Clerk, learned advocate for the petitioner. 3. At the outset, learned advocate Mr.Naik appearing for the respondents has tendered the photocopy of the e-mail dated 14/02/2025; which is permitted to be placed on record. It is submitted that as per the said e-mail sent to learned advocate Mr.Naik, the respondents have cancelled the tender in question being No. GEM/2024/B/4923519. 4. In view of such position, the present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous as the tender in question is cancelled. (A. S. SUPEHIA, J) (R. T.
