ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th, 5threspondents and their staff in calling the petitioner to the 4threspondent police station, and threatening the petitioner at the bchest of 6th respondent to settle the matrimonial dispute by cohabiting with her or face risk of being implicated in false cases as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4h, 5th respondents and their staff not to interfere in civil disputes, by calling the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station, pressurize or harass him in any manner to settle matrimonial dispute, while directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to initiate departmental action against the 5th respondent for such illegal acts and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the matrimonial disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by respondent
No.6 who is wife of the petitioner, the petitioner was called to the police station for family counseling. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the matrimonial disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the matrimonial/civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
