Following deformity/unfitness is assigned in the report, due to which, the appellant/petitioner has been declared medically unfit for appointment to the post of Constable GD in Central Armed Police Force:- "1. Tatto Removal Scar on Right forearm (8.5cm) 2. Old operated case Hemorathodic (2020) 3. Malunium of Right Clavicle." 3. Learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner has placed reliance upon certain medical papers to submit that the reports of Medical Board and Review Medical Board are not correct. 4. The materials placed alongwith the writ petition in the form of medical prescriptions and certificates do not fully support the claim of the appellant/petitioner. It is otherwise settled that this Court will not interfere with the opinion of subject experts, unless strong materials are available for the purpose. In such view of the matter, we are not persuaded to interfere with the view taken by learned Single Judge, particularly when no illegality is found in the report of Medical Board or Review Medical Board by the learned Single Judge. 4.
