Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to enroll the Petitioner as Advocate vide his Application dated 30.07.2024 bearing Receipt No. 2024102719 produced at ANNEXURE-C in accordance with necessary rules and regulations immediately; c. Issue any other Writ or order as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
