A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner has raised disputed questions of facts, which cannot be considered at this stage while examining the validity of the FIR impugned by this Court. 4. In view of this, the present petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all these grounds urged in the present petition before the Investigating Officer.
