A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Section 111(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short {the NDPS Act'). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 24.ll.2024, at about 09.00 hours, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hukumpeta Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to Konthill junction, Hukumpeta Mandal and found Al and A2 in possession and illegal transportation of 10 Kgs of Ganja in an auto. The contraband along with the vehicle and other material was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered aga'lnst the accused. Al and A2 confessed about the involvement of A3 and A4 in this crime. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Petitioner was arrested on 24.ll.2024 and since then he is in judicial remand. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused is 10 Kgs, which is not a t=xp. L-ls\ +++i+?+++; `\ --`\ 3 // commercial quantity. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that major portion of investigation has been completed,. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two suretl'es of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First class, Paderu. ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. l'ii) Petitioner herein/Al shall not go beyond the jurisdiction of Alluri Sitharama Raju district, Andhra Pradesh State, without leave of the trial Court and he shall make available` his location through mobile phone by pairing it with the mobile phone of the 'Investigating Officer round the clock. 7.
