ORAL ORDER
This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: <Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation filed by 2nd, 3rd and 4th petitioners dated 23.07.2024, and 24.01.2025 and by the 1st petitioner dated 23.07.2024 and 11.11.2024 as per Annexures D, D1, D2, E and E1 before the first respondent respectively for grant of time bound promotion arrears along with interest w.e.f. 01.04.2018 as per the order, dated 17.02.2022 issued by the respondent Corporation granting 4th and 5th time bound promotion in favour of petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 as per Anexures B and C, respectively.=
2. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners were appointed as workmen category I to III in the respondent 3 Corporation in the years 1985-1988. After completion of 32 years, they were retired from the service,

on attaining the age of superannuation. After the retirement, the respondent 3 Corporation has settled the terminal benefits. While settling the retirement benefits, there is a variation in respect of granting 4th and 5th time bound promotion. Therefore, petitioners submitted representations vide Annexures D, D1, D2, E and E1. Since the respondent has not considered the same, the petitioners are before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent 3 Corporation submits that, if this Court grants some reasonable time, the representations submitted by the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent is
directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures D, D1, D2, E and E1, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
