The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order 30-6-2025 whereby he has been transferred from Chirimiri, Bharatpur, District Manendragarh to Narayanpur, District Narayanpur 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is working as Assistant Soil Conservation Officer at Manendragarh, District Manendragarh ChirmiriBharatpur has been transferred to Narayanpur, District Narayanpur which is a remote forest core Scheduled Area and 600 kms away. He would further submit that the petitioner is suffering from 40% permanent locomotor disability, therefore, he may be allowed to make a representation before the concerned respondent authority for considering the posting of the petitioner at nearby place. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is suffering from 40% permanent locomotor disability, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority to post him at nearby place which may be considered and decided by the respondent authority, in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 5. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
