The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”) for correction of clerical mistake in the judgment/order dated 13th October, 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the said judgment dated 13th October, 2025, this Court has inadvertently recorded the khasra number of the property bearing Plot No. B-371, situated at village Karawal Nagar, Illaqa Shahdara, Delhi, as ‘51/12/1’, instead of the correct khasra number, i.e., ‘57/12/1’. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) puts in appearance and submits that though the MCD does not use khasra number, however, as per the documents on record, the correct khasra number is indeed ‘57/12/1’. 6. Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the order dated 13th October, 2025 shall be read to include the description of the property as Khasra No. 57/12/1. 7.
