Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning session, the matter was passed over to the afternoon session. 2. In the afternoon session, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government vide Lr.No.FIN01-FMUOMISC/350/2022 (1778130) dated 24.11.2025 and reported compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15799 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023. 3. In view of the compliance reported by learned counsel for the respondents, and since that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.15799 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023 is complied with, no further adjudication in this matter is necessary and the contempt case is closed.
