Recovery certificate dated 22.03.2024 issued by the respondent no. 2, is under challenged in the present petition. 3. It is argued that the petitioner is ready and willing to make the payment of the entire amount in easy installments. 4. Learned counsel for the bank fairly submits that in case the petitioner approaches the Bank and prays for repayment of entire amount of loan in easy installments, same will be considered in established procedure of law. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as fair statement made by learned counsel for the bank, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank with the prayer raised in this petition, which will be sympathetically considered by the bank.
