He further submits that he has been informed that a spot puchnama was prepared and a team was constituted for conducting demarcation of land owned by petitioner. However, when the team of revenue officials went on spot in order to demarcate the land, petitioner with other farmers have requested not to conduct demarcation as paddy crop is standing on the subject land. At this stage, counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the documents placed before this Court which is also handed over to him, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to repeat the prayer if any exigency arrives. 3.
