Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer clause of the writ petition during the course of day. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Sub Divisional Officer, Mahoba, (Resp.2) to decide case no. 3205/2023 Computer Serial No. T202330748013205 within a specific period of time by passing final decree as expeditiously as possible." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
