By an order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in WPA 111 of 2024, the writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondents authorities of the Union of India to consider the petitioners’ application for grant of no objection in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. The order was passed in presence of the respondent and was still communicated to the respondent authorities in time, but there was no compliance of the same. The order has been deliberately violated by the alleged contemners. Let the petitioners serve a copy of this application upon the alleged contemners by speed post 2 with acknowledgment due, within a week. An affidavit of service shall be filed on the next date. List this mater for hearing under the same heading one week after the ensuing puja vacation. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
