It appears from a report received from Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Hazaribagh vide Letter No.2158 dated 07.08.2025 that the matter has been settled between the parties before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh on certain terms and conditions. Therefore, there is no requirement to entertain this transfer petition filed by the petitioner with a prayer to transfer the original Suit No.199 of 2024 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro. 4.
