Heard Mr. A.G. Momin, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner is aggrieved with the transfer order dated 24.01.2025, wherein he has been transferred from Dinaminggre Government Lower Primary School to Rongrong Songgitcham Government Lower Primary School, North Garo Hills District. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been serving since 2012 in the said post, and the public of that area are desirous that he continues in the post. It is also submitted that the new incumbent who has been transferred in his place has hardly served 2 years. He therefore, prays that orders be passed to direct the authorities to dispose of the representation that has been made against the transfer order. 3. Mr. H. Abraham, learned GA appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that the petitioner is a Government Teacher and that the transfer is an incidence of service, as such he can have no grievance, with the transfer. 2025:MLHC:129 4. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, it is not disputed that the writ petitioner is a Teacher in a Government School and has been transferred on earlier occasions. It is also noted that he has been serving in the said post since 2012. Transfer being an incidence of service, this Court is not inclined to interfere in any manner. 5.
