Heard Sri Ramesh Babu Talluri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on written instructions dated 05.12.2025 submitted that the amounts claimed by the petitioner have been paid. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in contact with him for a long time and he has no instructions in the matter. 5. Taking their submissions into consideration, as the authorities have paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed. 4 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months.
