On the basis of instructions submit during the pendency of this writ petition, almost entire dues were paid except a small amount of about Rs. 11,000/-. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said amount will be paid within short time. 4. On basis of aforesaid circumstances, prayer of the petitioner has already been substantially addressed. 5. Taking note of assurance given by the counsel for the respondent for payment of above amount, the present writ petition is disposed of.
