Heard Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint made by respondent No.8, a case in Cr.No.735 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, against the petitioner’s son and others. Further the petitioner is not cooperating with the further investigation and the investigation is pending. He would further submit they are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondents are directed to follow due procedure of law regarding the crime registered. There shall be no order as to costs.
