MOHAMMED GAYASUDDIN The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the re-construction / renovation of the petitioners house bearing Nos.4/762, 4/762- land 4/763 which exist in 130.77sq yards in Sy.No.18/1, situated at Sivalingampillai Street, Nagarajupalli, Kadapa which is done in accordance with the building permission by declaring the high handed action of the respondents in interfering with the construction of the petitioners in their land without any basis and following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.” 2.
