This petition coming on for conciliation before National Lok Adalat, the following conciliation order is passed. CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the award dated 29.12.2017 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dakshina Kannada, at Mangaluru, in IDA No.15/2016, produced vide Annexure 'E'. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at a settlement voluntarily. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a joint memo duly signed by them. Parties admit the contents of the joint memo. The joint memo shall be read as part and parcel of this order. 3.
