Mr. Girjesh Kumar Pandey, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, respondent nos. 4 and 5 and others are obstructing his client from making construction on plot no. 136 measuring 0.14 decimal recorded as Gata No. 223 in Khasra No. 251 situate at village Banke, Mauja Nagla, Chandrabhaan Tehsil in District Mathura. He seeks interference. 2. On query he submits, his client is claiming interest in the land under head lease. 3. Mr. Devesh Vikram learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 4. Petitioner has made allegation against, inter alia, respondent nos. 4 and 5, who are the Sub-Divisional Officer and the Station House Officer. He says, said respondents and others are obstructing him. The prayer does not refer to any demand for justice earlier made. 5. In the circumstances, the petitioner will make representation to respondent no. 2 disclosing his title documents, with particulars of alleged obstruction.
