In the present writ petition following prayers have been made by the petitioner:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery citation dated 01.02.2025 issued by the Respondent no.2, to meet the ends of justice, so the justice may be done. b) Any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. c) Award the cost of this writ petition to the petitioner." 3. Upon perusal of the documents, we are of the view that the recovery citation is illegal and cannot sustain in law. Accordingly, the recovery citation dated February 1, 2025 is quashed and set aside with liberty granted to the respondents to proceed in accordance with law. 4.
