The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Tahasildar, Chikkaballapura Taluk, Chikkaballapura, to consider the representation given by the petitioner for survey, phodi and dhurast of land bearing Sy.No.67 measuring *12 acres situated at Singadikadirenahally Village, Nandi Hobli, Chikkaballapur Taluk. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online. *Corrected vide Court Order dated 14.08.2025 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30244 WP No. 23626 of 2025 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application online to the respondent-Tahasildar and the respondent-Tahasildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioner and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application. 5.
