RAMA CHANDRA RAO GURRAM The Court made the following: 2 O R D E R The Contempt Case has been filed seeking the Court to initiate contempt proceedings against 1st respondent viz Kona Sasidhar, I.A.S., Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh for his willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience of the Final Order, dated 22.09.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.25916 of 2025 and punish the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 in accordance with law. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Nerella S.V. Ravi Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education submits that the Order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court, has been complied with. Sri Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner too concurred with the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further course of action against the respondent is required. 3. Recording the submissions of both counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 4.
