Illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of terms of Contract of Emplo5rment entered into between the Petitioners and the Respondent No.3 and further direct the Respondents to re-back the Petitioners to their erstwhile working places in Prakasam, Ananthapur and Kurnool Districts forthwith by honouring the Proceedings vide Memo No. PRR05-39021/193/2023-HOD SHG SEC-CORD dated 07.11.2023 and pass such other order.
