The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint an arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties under the Dispute Resolution clause at Page No.23 of the Services Agreemen t dated 29.12.2021 at Annexure-A and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 19.12.2025, seeking permission of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54676 CMP No. 561 of 2024 Court to withdraw the petition. The said memo reads as follows: "The undersigned counsel most respectfully seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition in view of the Joint Memo for Compromise filed on 13.12.2025 before the Lok Adalat in the Hon'ble Commercial Court in Com.A.A 349/2024. WHEREFORE, the memo may be taken on record in the interests of Justice and Equity." 3.
