ORAL ORDER
Parties failed to appear before the Court as per the directions issued by this Court on 25.10.2025.
2. Ms.Nandini C.G. learned counsel for the petitioner/wfie submits that she has intimated the learned counsel for respondent Sri N.A.Madhusudhan to secure the presence of the respondent/husband. Petitioner is also absent. So also the respondent, nor Sri Madhusudhan, learned counsel has filed any vakalath on behalf of the respondent.
3. In view of the above, case is taken up on merits for
consideration.

4. Civil Petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with the following prayer: <WHEREFORE, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon9ble Court may be pleased to call for the records of M.C.No.2420/2024 pending before the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, at Bengaluru and transfer the above case from III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, at Bengaluru, to Hon9ble Senior Civil Judge, Family Court, at Channapatna, Channapatna Taluk, Ramanagara District and grant such other order or direction or relief as this Hon9ble Court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.=
5. Respondent/husband has filed a matrimonial case in M.C No.24/2024 on the file of the Family Court, Bengaluru.
6. Petitioner is seeking the transfer of the said case to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Channapattana, for disposal on the ground of geographical distance and financial constraints.
7. The geographical distance and financial constraints are no longer good grounds to transfer the pending case from one Court to another, in view of the video conferencing facility.

8. Directing the petitioner to avail such remedy, ends of justice would be met.
9. Further, if the petitioner files an application before the Family Court at Bengaluru seeking permission to appear before the Court through video conferencing, learned Trial Judge shall permit the same.
10. With that observation, following:
ORDER Civil Petition dismissed.
