Case No. 115 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 326, 307 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Shweta Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. On 02.05.2024 at about 9:00 P.M., two unknown persons intercepted the pick-up van of the informant loaded with fish. The miscreants threw a bottle containing poison in the pickup van and also opened fire causing injury to one of the occupants of the vehicle. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Shweta Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad or her successor in connection with Govindpur P.S.
