Khajuria, Advocate and Mr. Tarun Pathak, learned Deputy Advocate General appear and waive service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 respectively. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection if the present application is allowed. In view of the no objection, the present application is allowed and delay of 154 days in filing the present petition is ordered to be condoned. Application stands disposed of. Cr.MP No. 196 of 2025 Notice in the aforesaid terms. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection if the present application is allowed. In view of the no objection, the present application is allowed and delay of office objection compliance is ordered to be condoned. The application stands disposed of Cr. Revision No. 2025 (Filing No.10663 of 2024) The delay in filing the present petition has been condoned in applications vide Cr.MP(M) No. 85 of 2024 and Cr.MP No. 196 of 2025 It be registered. Cr.MP No. of 2025 (Crmpst No. 10679 of 2024 Notice in the aforesaid terms. In the meantime, keeping in view the nature of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, execution and operation of the substantive sentence of imprisonment awarded by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 06.05.2022 and the same has been affirmed by the learned Appellate Court on 03.08.2024 in Cr. Appeal (RBT) No. 59- G/X/2023/2022 is ordered to be suspended till further orders subject to deposit of 30% of the compensation amount, if not deposited earlier and applicant is directed to furnish his personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with an undertaking to appear and receive the sentence, in case of dismissal of the present revision, within a period of four weeks. Trial Court is directed that the bail bonds, so furnished by the applicant/petitioner be transmitted to this Court for placing the same on record. (Rakesh Kainthla) Judge January 10, 2025 (ravinder)
